These Terms govern your access to and use of the ONYX Terminal and related services provided by ONYX Data & Intelligence Inc. ("ONYX"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. Questions: hello@onyxdata.io.
ONYX provides Nigerian economic and sectoral data, composite indices, and analytical briefs. Some content is free; other features require an account or a paid plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in compliance with applicable law.
The economic and sectoral figures in the Terminal are compiled from Nigerian public institutions and international sources (e.g. CBN, NBS, NUPRC, IMF, World Bank) and from ONYX-derived indicators. We take reasonable care with sourcing, reconciliation, and provenance, but we do not warrant that all data is complete, current, or error-free, and some indicators are modelled estimates clearly labelled as such.
The service is provided for information only and is not investment, financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should independently verify figures before relying on them for material decisions.
You may not resell, scrape, or bulk-redistribute the data except as expressly permitted by your plan or a separate agreement, nor use the service to breach any law or third-party right, nor attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
The Terminal, its composite indices, derived indicators, and presentation are the property of ONYX. Underlying public data remains the property of its original publishers. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONYX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on the data. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: hello@onyxdata.io.
