License a pharmaceutical premises with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria under a Superintendent Pharmacist: engage pharmacist → location approval → register premises (Form B) → inspection & licence.

The steps
- Incorporate and engage a Superintendent Pharmacist
- CAC / Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN)
- The premises must be under the direct personal control of a registered Superintendent Pharmacist holding a current Annual Licence to Practise.
- Certificate of Incorporation; Superintendent Pharmacist's Annual Licence
- Setup stage
- Obtain PCN location approval
- Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN)
- Apply (letter + ₦10,000) to the PCN state office for location approval; build or renovate the premises within 6 months of approval or it may be revoked.
- Location application; ₦10,000 fee
- Build within 6 months of approval
- Apply to register the premises (Form B)
- Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN)
- Submit Form B to the Registrar through the state PCN officer with the required documents and fees (e.g. manufacturing inspection fee ₦130,000).
